Scientific Research

One of the common questions asked is what scientific research has been done to validate electronic resonance therapy that is similar to, or related to Rife's work.

There are in fact thousands of existing studies and published papers available for electronic therapy. In this section, we look at some of the research work that is highly significant to Rife research.

Treatment of Arthritis with Rife
In Australia, a serious placebo (sometimes called double-blind) study was made to demonstrate the effectiveness of using audio frequency therapy in the treatment of arthritis using a prototype of the PET Rife-Crane unit. Behind this study is, amongst others, Geoff Baker (B.App. Sci) who spent years of his life and millions of dollars studying and perfecting his PET device. In order to achieve medical approval (TGA listing) for the sale of the PET unit in Australia, this Placebo trial study was made under scientifically controlled circumstances.

The Story of Antoine Prioré
Over a period of 25 years, between 1950 and 1975, Prioré developed electrotherapy equipment with the approval and financing of the French government. It is said he had cured all incurable cancers in animals, from mice to dogs with a unique electrotherapy device. He hoped to do no less than to revolutionize the treatment of cancer. Many tests on man were successful, with the decrease and sometimes with the disappearance of the tumour although the adjustments were very delicate and some modifications led to a worsening of the cancer.

Steve Haltiwanger's Research
Dr. Steven Haltiwanger, MD CCN is well known in the world of electotherapy for his high quality research and papers. He is as a medical doctor and clinical nutritionist by trade. He trained with the world famous physician and researcher Dr. Hans Nieper shortly before Dr. Nieper died in 1998. For the last six years Dr. Haltiwanger has educated physicians all over the world about Dr. Nieper's research and inventions. Dr. Haltiwanger has also formulated many nutritional supplements based on Dr. Nieper's mineral transporters. He was recently asked to put together a series of papers on electrotherapy which we are pleased to release here.

Radio-Wave Cancer Therapy

Dr. John Holt (retired) has had some startling success with radio-wave therapy treatment over more than 30 years. Yet his work had been largely ignored by cancer research organisations in Australia and elsewhere as he was using a treatment method not approved by the Australian Medical Association.

Despite several requests for his method to be scientifically validated in proper clinical trials, these requests were largely ignored except for two bogus trials that, according to Dr. John Holt, were not setup to properly validate his methods properly and were designed to discredit his work.

Dr. Holt's work became known to the Rife research groups in 2004 after an Australian television program, "A Current Affair" reported positively about Holt's work. Over a period of about 2 years, they consistantly showed ill-informed atttepts to discredit Holt's work which revealed that the AMA doctors had not even bothered to look at his methods for over 15 years.

We have now also expanded our section on Published Papers providing an excellent resource for those researching the use of electronic therapy in the published literature. That section is being continually expanded so subscribe to our RSS Feed (free) if you wish to be informed of updates.

Further research is continuing and we will add to this section as we can.

You will also find a wide range of scientific studies discussed in the Rife Forum which we run.

If you are aware of any study you feel should be released here, please let us know.
